Friday afternoon Conrad from Shea builders came into my office on Main Street. Shea homes are going to be building homes in the vacant lot on first Street. He told me they were about a year out. Conrad and I were also discussing floorplans, pricing, who I thought would be purchasing these properties. I told him that I’ve had several people ask me about the property. He asked me to go ahead and give him a list of potential buyers that I had talked to. He told me he thought the pricing would be somewhere between 2.5 and $3.5 million depending on the location and size. The square footage is going to be between 3000 to 4000. Nothing is finalized yet. If you have any interest or know someone that has interest please respond and let me know what you think.

We met Tommy Lasorda when we took my grandson to the eye doctor . I never knew Tommy Lasorda was such a nice and funny man. He told us jokes and signed baseballs and made what was usually a stressful and scary time into a fun and stress-free afternoon. Thank you Tommy Lasorda and your family for being so special.

It’s another beautiful day in sunny southern California. I love walking around town when it’s Lille this.

I took Mr T to the groomer yesterday and they gave him an Easter tie for Easter. He look so cute I had to share. Hope you all enjoy your Easter.

I bought this hat for St. Patrick’s Day and nobody seems to want to wear it other than Mr. T. I think he likes it. Maybe he’s Irish and I didn’t know it I do now though.

It’s our first day out after the rain. For some reason Mr. T doesn’t like the rain but today is a perfect day to be out not too hot not too cold just perfect. Still cloudy though.
