real estate

I love this time a year walking on the pier even though it’s kind of cold you can see the snow in the mountains in Catalina island. I took my dog with me even though I know they’re not allowed but I carried him so no one said anything.

Have a nice day!

If you are shopping for a home and you want to find government programs and services that can offer down payment assistance here is where you can start. http://www.car.org/tools/downpaymentresource .

There are many programs available offered at all levels of government. CAR’s down payment resource is a web tool access it from any browser it summarizes all the programs available in a particular real estate area.

To use it fill in the details not just where you,re house shopping (either your specific address or a broader search area by city or county) but also details about the target price, income level, and special circumstances. For example, there are several different programs for educators, veterans, Native Americans, military survivors, and much more. Your search will quickly return a list of all the programs you might qualify for, with a plain English summary and links for more information.

Give me a call when you’re ready to start your home search. I’m sure I can help you find the home you’re looking for.

Have a nice day!

This year’s car show and motorcycle show is on April 30, 2016.  It is one of my favorite events in Seal Beach.  There are bands, raffle tickets, food and of course cars and motorcycles.  Hope to see you there.  This is a great show.

Bridgeport in Seal Beach is a tract of just over 200 homes in Seal Beach that is east of 1st Street, North of Marina Drive, West of Pacific Coast Highway.  Lot sizes are usually 37.5 feet by 880 square feet.  Certain lots are zoned for one story homes and other two story homes.  There are 25 foot height limits.  Most are Patio homes that share a courtyard wall and are zero lot lines.  The older homes were built in the late 1960’s.  They range in Square feet from 1299 to 1720.  All have alley access, 2 car attached garages.  All have interior patios.  The custom homes on Electric Avenue and Schooner Way were built in the late 1970’s.  They all have alley access with 2-3 car garages.  They range in square feet from 1550 to 3400.  These lots are one and two story specific lots.  Bridge Port is built on a landfill.  It is popular in Seal Beach for many reasons: very close walk to Old Town Main Street and beach, very quiet with no through traffic, always available parking for guest with out guest passes, very private interior patios, most homes have master bedrooms with attached baths and larger closets.

The big waves in Seal beach cause so many surfers out this morning it looks like the 605 freeway traffic jam in the beach 😄😄😄

It was such a beautiful and fun day at the Seal Beach Classic Car Show this year.  I sponsored a trophy for the Old Woody and this is the one that won the trophy.  The owner was Dennis Gallagher from Huntington Beach.  It takes a lot of time, work and patience to get these old cars in this great of condition.  This was the best turn out ever for the car show in Seal Beach. I helped sell opportunity tickets to raise money so we can keep the car show in Seal Beach.  I also liked the pink woody, it looked like a girls car.
