Bridgeport in Seal Beach is a tract of just over 200 homes in Seal Beach that is east of 1st Street, North of Marina Drive, West of Pacific Coast Highway.  Lot sizes are usually 37.5 feet by 880 square feet.  Certain lots are zoned for one story homes and other two story homes.  There are 25 foot height limits.  Most are Patio homes that share a courtyard wall and are zero lot lines.  The older homes were built in the late 1960’s.  They range in Square feet from 1299 to 1720.  All have alley access, 2 car attached garages.  All have interior patios.  The custom homes on Electric Avenue and Schooner Way were built in the late 1970’s.  They all have alley access with 2-3 car garages.  They range in square feet from 1550 to 3400.  These lots are one and two story specific lots.  Bridge Port is built on a landfill.  It is popular in Seal Beach for many reasons: very close walk to Old Town Main Street and beach, very quiet with no through traffic, always available parking for guest with out guest passes, very private interior patios, most homes have master bedrooms with attached baths and larger closets.
