Although I spend much of my time with Seal Beach real estate, Belmont Shore and Naples have much to offer.  I read a blog post from a Long Beach REALTOR and I wanted to share one of things he mentioned.

According to his statistics, the Belmont Shore / Naples area has just a tad less than 5 months of real estate inventory on hand.   That is better than most communities.  These communities are experiencing a “seller’s market” because they have less than 6 months inventory.
